The CleanCycle feature of this icemaker runs a 15-minutes purge every 12 hours to extract out the water impurities. Hoshizaki Cubelet ice machine is made from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel that reduces the chances of cross-contamination while the H-Guard plus antimicrobial agent ensures that the water and ice are safe for consumption. The air filters of this unit can be removed and cleansed effortlessly to maintain hygiene.
