Ice-O-Matic CIM0530HW Elevation Series water cooled ice cube maker can produce half cube ice up to a capacity of 586lb. This ice maker has food zone components made up of dishwasher safe, recyclable components and BPA-free plastic, with an easy snap-in, snap-out feature, which makes cleaning a no-sweat task. It is a suitable choice for retail stores and foodservice outlets.
This half-dice ice cube maker is installed with the self-contained water-cooled condenser which does not need air vent clearance. The exteriors of this electric ice machine are built with corrosion-resistant stainless-steel interiors and exteriors and electroless nickel plated evaporator plates and fingerprint-proof plastic side panels, which makes it a durable product.
This water-cooled ice maker has indicator LEDs which notifies when the cleaning is required
and is equipped with 1-touch sanitizing and descaling. The Elevation Series ice machine has a built-in Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components. The half cube ice machine uses R404A refrigerant and the components are made with Agion antimicrobial protection which obstructs the growth of harmful pathogens.
