Ice-O-Matic CIM0836HA Elevation Series is a half ice cube ice maker that can fulfill daily requirement up to a capacity of 896lbs of ice cubes. This electric ice machine has food zone components made up of dishwasher safe, recyclable components and BPA free plastic, with an easy snap-in, snap-out feature, which makes cleaning easy. It finds its application in retail stores and foodservice outlets.
The exteriors of this ice making machine are designed with corrosion-resistant stainless-steel interiors and exteriors and electroless nickel-plated evaporator plates, which give the ice maker a serviceable life. The air cooled ice maker comes with an air-cooled condenser, which allows hot air discharge from top and side vents.
This half dice ice cube machine is installed with LEDs that notify the cleaning requirement and are equipped with 1-touch sanitizing and descaling features. The ice machine has an Agion antimicrobial compound which curbs the growth and spread of water-borne bacteria and pathogens and uses R-404A refrigerant. The Elevation Series ice making machine has a built-in Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, digital diagnostics, common configuration, and universal components.
