The BevGuard mineral reduction cartridge delivers clean and clear water by filtering sand, silt, sediment, and rust from the incoming water. With a compressed coconut shell carbon block, the filtration cartridge reduces cyst such as Cryptosporidium, Entamoeba, and Giardia.
This replacement cartridge catalytically breakdowns the impurities present in the water to ensure that you get purified and hygienic water. BevGuard 105053 filtration cartridge has a micron rating of 0.5 that eliminates even the smallest sediment particles that could lead to downtime or maintenance in machines. It has a flow rate of 2.1 GPM that ensures a consistent supply of purified water.
This water filtration cartridge can filter up to a maximum of 29000 gallons of water in the serviceable life span. This filtration cartridge requires a minimum of 25 psi water pressure and endures a maximum water pressure of 125 psi. It can withstand a maximum of 100°F operating temperature. Using the cartridge with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection is not recommended.
