Ice-O-Matic CIM0320FA air cooled full cube ice maker is a reliable solution for the production of full cube ice up to capacity of 313lbs. The ice maker is easy to clean and maintain, with its food zone components, designed with recyclable, BPA-free plastic, which can be run through a dishwasher cycle for quick cleaning. The electric ice maker is recommended for bars, bistros, upmarket lounges, for its stainless-steel exteriors that offer longer serviceable life.
The air cooled ice maker has air vents on the top and side of the unit for flexible installation without hindering the air exhaust. The full cube ice maker features one-touch descaling and sanitizing, and an indicator LED to update for the cleaning requirement. The harvest assist technology ensures consistent production of ice by quickly removing ice from the freezing surfaces.
This ice machine requires a 115V electrical connection and works on R-404A refrigerant. The Agion antimicrobial compound prevents the growth of bacteria, fungus, and slime. The full dice cube ice maker is equipped with Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components.
