Ice-O-Matic CIM1126HA Air Cooled Ice Machine is a reliable solution for production of 932lbs of half dice ice cubes. The food zone components of this ice maker are crafted with recyclable, dishwasher-safe, BPA-free plastic, which can be easily run through a dishwasher cycle and makes cleaning an easy task.
The corrosion-resistant stainless-steel built with nickel-plated evaporators make the ice machine a preferred choice for bars, food-service outlets, and retail stores. This half dice ice cube maker comes with dual exhaust, with vents on both top and side of the unit, which make it a flexible choice for easy installation.
The 22 inch ice maker has an Agion antimicrobial compound that offers protection against the growth and spread of pathogens and water-based bacteria. The half cube ice machine enables one-touch sanitizing and descaling and uses R-404A refrigerant. The ice-making unit is equipped with a Universal Smart Harness control board system that allows easy access to the ice and provides digital diagnostics, universal components and a common configuration that makes it easy to install the machine.
