Description
Ice-O-Matic MFI0800A air cooled flake ice machine produces soft and moldable flakes of ice to fulfill a capacity requirement of 540 lbs. This flake ice maker is convenient for, transportation of perishables, seafood presentations, and healthcare applications, produce displays, salad bars, maintaining freshness in perishables and is widely used in bakeries.
The air-cooled ice maker has both front and rear air exchanges, for easy discharge of hot air.
The flake style ice machine is equipped with 1-piece stainless-steel auger, industrial-grade roller bearings, and heavy-duty gearbox, and evaporators created with heavy-duty rugged stainless steel which ensures reliability and affirms a longer serviceable life span.
The ice maker is installed with SystemSafe load monitoring feature, which analyses the stress on gearbox, and automatically shuts down when found over-stressed preventing damages.
The ice making machine uses R-404A refrigerant and is equipped with a water level sensor, which monitors and informs of low water levels. The flake ice machine has an Agion antimicrobial compound that curbs the growth of bacteria.
