Ice-O-Matic CIM0530HA Elevation Series is an air-cooled half dice ice cube maker that can fulfill the daily requirement of half-ice cubes up to a capacity of 561lbs. the ice cube maker is recommended for bars, foodservice outlets, and retail stores. The food zone components of this air cooled ice maker are designed with an easy snap-in snap-out feature, which is dishwasher safe, and made up of recyclable BPA free plastic, that need only a few minutes to dismantle and clean.
The exteriors of this electric ice machine are built with corrosion-resistant stainless-steel interiors and exteriors and electroless nickel plated evaporator plates and fingerprint-proof plastic side panels, which makes it a durable product. The half cube ice machine works on an air-cooled condenser which allows hot air discharge from both top and side vents.
The Elevation Series ice cube machine has a built-in Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components. This air-cooled ice cube machine has LEDs that indicate the cleaning requirement and is designed with 1-touch sanitizing and descaling feature. The half cube ice machine uses R404A refrigerant and the components are made with Agion antimicrobial protection which inhibits the spread and growth of harmful pathogens.
