Ice-O-Matic MFI1256W Ice Machine is designed to produce 1137 lbs. of flake ice every day. The small flakes are ideal for presenting sea food, meat and perishable food items, keeping them hydrated for longer, ensuring consistently fresher display of food. This commercial ice maker produces ice that is widely preferred in bakeries, perishable food transportation and healthcare applications. It uses less power and water which makes it a resourceful asset.
This 21 inch. ice making machine has a water-cooled condenser. It features single-piece stainless-steel auger, industrial grade roller bearings, and heavy-duty gearbox to ensure lasting performance. The flake ice machine has auto-shut off feature that prevents damage to the gear box. It has a water sensor that is not affected by adverse water conditions.
This water-cooled ice machine bears a robust construction which makes it a smart electronic. Its major components are made using Ag-ion antimicrobial materials that prevent the growth of harmful pathogens and reduce the risk of food-borne diseases.
