Description

Shurflo pump is a proportionating device with a pre-set ratio. It pumps the water and concentrates on the ratio of 3:1. The ratio remains fixed, independent of system flow or pressure changes. Eliminating the chances of errors in mixing water and concentrate, the pump precisely maintains the ratio on every portion delivery.

This proportionating pump is driven by pressurized water, operating whenever there is a difference between the outlet and inlet sides of the pump. The vacuum shutoff feature automatically stops the operation when the Bag-in-Box (BIB) container is completely evacuated. The operation can be restarted by installing a new BIB container. Brix pump eradicates the need for installing an additional metering device, as it maintains the set ratio perfectly.

The Pentair 94-260-01 water pump is ideal for machines producing beverages and juices. The unique valve design makes the commercial proportionating pump, suitable for syrups that contain pulp.
