3M scale reduction system is suitable for water filtration systems of combi oven, proofer oven, steamers, coffee, and hot tea. This reverse osmosis filtration system removes chlorine tastes and foul smells from the water supply delivering Recipe Quality Water. It helps in reducing the maintenance frequency by preventing lime build-up on the internal components of machines.
This mineral reduction system allows you to adjust the TDS levels as per the requirement. It removes the sediments and unwanted particles from the water supply eliminating the chances of blockage. Equipped with a hydraulic bypass valve, the 3M C-5624803 filtration system ensures smooth water supply in high demand situations. Inbuilt permeate pump reduces the product-water recovery times.
This commercial water filter comes with a Sanitary Quick Change cartridge that allows for quick and easy change-outs. You can remove the cartridge without using a filter wench. The encapsulated cartridge reduces the chances of cross-contamination keeping the water supply fresh and hygienic. This filtration system can operate at a maximum of 37.8 degrees Celsius temperatures. It can endure the maximum water pressure of 125psi.
