Ice-O-Matic CIM0836HA Elevation Series is a water-cooled ice cube maker that can produce up to a capacity of 896lbs. The half ice cube machine is recommended for its energy efficiency and innovative technology feature. It is suitable choice for retail stores and the foodservice outlets. This ice maker has food zone components made up of dishwasher safe, recyclable components and BPA-free plastic, with an easy snap-in, snap-out feature, which makes cleaning a no-sweat task.
The exteriors of this electric ice machine are built with corrosion-resistant stainless-steel interiors and exteriors, electroless nickel plated evaporator plates and fingerprint-proof plastic side panels, which makes it a durable product. This half-dice ice cube maker is installed with water-cooled condenser which doesn’t need any clearance for air intake and exhaust. It can be installed in only 30-inch wide space with minimal space at the back for water and electrical connections.
This water-cooled ice maker is equipped with 1-touch sanitizing and descaling. It is installed with indicator LEDs which informs when the cleaning is required. It uses R404A refrigerant and the components are made with Agion antimicrobial protection which obstructs the growth of harmful pathogens. The Elevation Series ice machine has a built-in Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components.
