Ice-O-Matic CIM0430FW is a water-cooled full cube ice maker with a production capacity of 460lbs of full ice cubes. This easy to maintain and dismantle ice maker, with interiors crafted with recyclable, BPA-free plastic saves time in busy food-service outlets, bars, and retail stores.
The ice making machine operates on a self-contained water-cooled condenser that doesn’t require clearance for hot air discharge. The water cooled ice maker is installed with LED light which senses and informs for the cleaning requirement.
The Agion antimicrobial compound in this full dice ice cube machine obstructs the growth and spread of slime, fungus and other water-borne bacteria. The full cube ice maker works on CFC free, R-404A refrigerant. This ice cube machine has a built-in Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components.
