Ice-O-Matic CIM0330HW Elevation Series water cooled half cube ice maker can fulfill a daily requirement of 316lbs half cubes. The food zone components are designed with BPA-free and recyclable plastic, that can be put into a dishwasher for cleaning. The reliable stainless-steel construction with evaporators plated with nickel makes it a suitable choice for bards, retail stores, and restaurants.
The ice maker operates on a self-contained, water-cooled condenser, that runs quietly, with no hot air discharges in the indoors. The electric ice maker is flexible for installation, as it doesn’t need, clearance space for air exhaust. The half dice cube ice maker is installed with one-touch descaling and sanitizing feature, the indicator LED light, notifies when the cleaning is required.
The ice cube machine is designed with Universal Smart Harness control board which simplifies installation and makes servicing easy by enabling better access, common configuration, digital diagnostics, and universal components. The ice maker prevents the growth of fungus and slime with its Agion antimicrobial protection.
